Throughout her career, she has led major transformation programmes, including site closures, supply chain transitions and organisational change initiatives, with a strong focus on people, performance and sustainable outcomes. Sandy joined DTG as Consultancy Director, bringing extensive experience in operational excellence, business transformation and embedding sustainability into strategy and day-to-day operations.
