Throughout his career, he has focused on applying innovative technologies within complex manufacturing environments to improve performance and unlock business value. Phil joined DTG in 2026 as Manufacturing Technology Director, bringing deep experience in IT/OT integration, data-driven manufacturing, digital products and AI-enabled solutions to support life sciences organisations on their digital transformation journeys.
