The DTG process was well structured and clear. DTG had the knowledge and experience we required to focus our efforts on quick wins as well as ensuring we align with our long-term plans. We have used the findings to develop long term strategic objectives for the business and help our employees to ensure that we can be self-sustaining in our digital expertise, with production facilities which can flex to meet market demands at short notice.
